Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A. I accept PayPal and personal check as payment.

Paypal payments must be made within 3 days of purchase otherwise the transaction will be canceled. I will send you a convo/email reminder if you have not paid. If paying by Paypal e-check, your order will be sent after payment has cleared (the amount of time this takes depends on the bank, but is usually 3-5 business days).

If paying by personal check please send to the address provided in your transaction. Your order will be sent after payment has cleared with the bank.

In the case of a custom order, I take a 50% nonrefundable Paypal deposit upfront. You will be emailed a photograph of the completed item before it is shipped. Upon approval of that photograph, an invoice will be sent for the remaining 50% and once that is paid, I will ship your item to you.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Domestic orders are shipped via First Class Mail via USPS. International orders are shipped First Class International. If you would like to upgrade to Priority (or faster) convo me prior to your purchase and I can adjust your invoice. Most items are on stock and ready to ship in 1-3 days. Custom pieces may take up to a week to complete.

All orders are securely packaged in a bubble mailer. Items are gift wrapped in a handmade box with tissue paper and ribbon. A custom gift tag can be included if you are sending this directly to someone else.

If you wish to include insurance on your package, or upgrade to faster shipping, please message me BEFORE purchase and I will find out the specific cost for your order.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. I want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied! So if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please convo me within 10 days of receiving your order and we can work something out.

I do give full refunds if you are not happy with your item. I ask that you first ship the product back to me within one week and provide a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q. Do you accept exchanges?

If you wish to make an exchange, I will ship your new order once the original order has been delivered to me. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q. Do you accept personal requests?
A. Yes - I absolutely love taking custom orders. I am a graphic designer and can make jewelry into basically any shape/character that you would like. Anything in my shop can be personalized with a name, as well. Put in your request with the "Request Custom Item" link on the sidebar.

Q. I need sterling silver (or some other metal type) due to allergies. Can you do this?
A. Yes. Currently I use silver plated metal but if you convo me prior to purchase, I can let you know the availability of your metal and adjust the price if needed.

Q. If I order a custom item, how long will it take?
A. I will work with you to create your custom item. This may take 3-4 days depending on how elaborate your design is. I will send you a graphic of the design before I make it for you to approve. Once the design is approve, most custom orders will take between 3-7 days to ship. If it is going to take longer, I will notify you of any delays.

Q. If I like an item from your sold section, can you re-make it?
A. Yes, as long as the listing does not state that it is a "one of a kind" item.

Q. Is your jewelry waterproof?
A. Not entirely. I seal it with a non-toxic sealant but I can not guarantee that my jewelry is 100% waterproof. I recommend not wearing it in the shower/pool.

Q. Can you make jewelry out of my photograph?
A. Absolutely! Email your photo to shefeltpink AT lycos.com. The photograph needs to be high resolution. Not sure if your photograph will look good? Send me a convo and ask!

Q. Can you make a Disney character, Hello Kitty, etc etc?
A. No. I will not make anything with a copyrighted or licensed design on it.

Q. Do you sell your items wholesale?
